Suddenly missing a few buttons in Display View

Since today I am suddenly missing a few buttons in Display View. Before I had the Shuffle, Repeat and Tools (to DSP Studio and Playback Options) buttons, but now they are gone. I have MC21 on my laptop as well and there it is still o.k. As far as I can see the settings on my pc and my laptop are exactly the same and I didn't change anything.
What could be wrong and how can I get these buttons back ?

Next to the "X" at the top of Display View window there is a min/max button. Click on that.

That brings the buttons back again, but the video is not playing full screen anymore. I thought that I had these buttons also in full screen mode before. I still have MC18 installed and in MC18 it works this way. The buttons are there in both modes.
Or am I wrong and is it changed in MC21 ?
