Password Reset
« on: April 19, 2016, 01:22:05 pm »

Every time I log in to the Interact forum I have to reset my password.  Why?  If I ask that an email be sent to my userID nothing happens.  If I use an email address I get the email.  My email address in my profile is correct.

You have to reset your password every time? As in, you are forced to change it to something new? I have never seen that.

The only thing I see happening is that if I allow my security software to delete Cookies, I have to log in again.

The email thing, I don't know. I have never done a password reset for this forum. Are you are asking for an Activation Email to be re-sent, or using the "Forgot your password?" link?

I have to use the 'forgot password' and then I enter the same password that I have always been using.  I have a question to be answered, but if I use the user ID it says there is no question.  If I use my email address it responds quickly.
