iPhone not detected

MC21 will not detect my iPhone.  W10 detects it when I plug it in and I can manage my phone book and contacts using CopyTrans Manager.

MC doesn't support direct syncing to iOS devices. You can thank Apple for this.

Not an unsolvable problem.  CopyTrans provides the ability to write music and playlist to an IOS device.
