Dear JRiver:

I hope that you see this new thread of mine and you reset my Master License. I screwed up a couple of GNU/Linux installations on my mid-2015 Zareason Zeto desktop PC and I can't activate JRiver Media Center 21 for GNU/Linux or any other platform until it gets reset. So, please reset it and reply to let me know when my request has been honored. Thank you.

It's cleared.  You can use the 30 day trial period to save restores. 

You can also use the Install Key to license additional machines for the first 14 days after a restore.  More about licensing here:
