Loading master license into JRiver on QNAP

Hi,

I have a MC 23 Master licence, which is currently installed on my Windows PC.
I also have a QNAP NAS. I previously had MC 22 installed on it.  I've since done a reinitialization of my NAS.
When I've tried to reinstall MC 22-I understand there is not a MC 23 version that works on the QNAP-I am unable to install the licence code. It just shuts down on me. I've tried using both my old MC22 code, and my MC23 code. Neither seem to work.
And I don't seem to be able to use the temporary install key - it doesn't seem to work with a QNAP NAS. 
What can I do to get it working?
