I am a veteran JRiver user and on a whim decided to purchase a license for the 22 upgrade for Windows. According to the EMail I received the license should work with JRiver 21 (previously I was using 20). The license I downloaded installs nicely but has no effect whatsoever on the 21 version I installed.

From memory, those v22 licences only work on v21.0.76 and later versions.
Install the latest stable, 21.0.83, and if need be re-run the .mjr key file that was sent to you via email.

Download MC21 from the Download Page.  Install it.  Then restore your license if needed.
