Failed to Import x number of files - Second try it works

I am using MC 21.0.76, but this behavior has been around since I started using the program in version 19. Often when I run an import on a large number of files the results tell me that x number of files failed to import. If I tun the import again on the same folder the files that failed get imported. This is not a huge problem, just an annoyance.

Has anyone experienced this and if so, is there something that can be done to avoid it?
