Trying to Upgrade but current license not being recognized

I have tried numerous times trying to upgrade to MC22 from MC21 - even had JR re-email my current license but still not being accepted?  What should I do to upgrade?

There is no MC22 yet. If you just bought a license or upgraded, you are buying MC22 now which will be released sometime in the future. The MC22 license works fine with MC21 (but you need to be on MC 21.0.76 or later version).

Sorry if I wasn't explicit enough - first of all I am currently running MC21 Version 21.0.83.  I am interested in applying for the MC22 upgrade but when I go to the appropriate page and input my registration code I get an message back stating that it does not recognize my registration code.  Am I doing something wrong?

I just tried again and this is the response I get ... "We could not find an upgrade for the registration code you entered."  I copied and pasted the exact number that JRiver supplied me when I originally purchased MC21 for $69.

What do you have and what upgrade are you trying to purchase?

A Master License can only be used to upgrade to a Master License.
