Crossfade feature not in mac version?
« on: May 30, 2016, 12:51:49 pm »

I did a search on crossfade and got no usable results. The Windows version had a crossfade feature but my PC laptop died so now I use a Macbook and cannot find the crossfade feature. This is a good feature if you live in a noisy area and don't need the "silence" in between tracks.

I've noticed that iTunes has the feature but for some unknown reason I cannot add any new music to iTunes. I guess I'm just doomed.

There are two features you might want to use:

Tools > Options > Audio > Track Change > Switch Tracks > (select a crossfade option here)
Tools > Options > Audio > Track Change > Do not play silence (leading and trailing) > (checked)

That second option will make MC skip the extremely low volume parts at the beginning and end of songs.
