I am a teacher and I bought JRiver would get a refund .
I need an invoice, but to whom the request , there is no link to contact the company.

the second post of this link is what your looking for...just to be clear when you say refund what you mean is 'reimbursed' for your purchase correct?

I think what he says is that he can get a "refund" for the software he has bought as long as he can produce an invoice, proof of payment.

if teachers now buy JRiver for the school...sign me up...the JRiver academy ;D

wouldn't that be a reimbursement from the school? A Refund from JR is not likely but I surely can't speak for JR.
