trying to upgrade to 22
« on: June 04, 2016, 01:54:17 pm »

Hi,

I am trying to upgrade to 22 from 21. My reg # is not being accepted. With what I am seeing it looks like I may have inadvertently upgraded to a master version at some point rather than a windows version?  I only have devices that are windows OS. I just need to upgrade to a windows 22. If what I saw was correct how can I downgrade as well as pre-order 22? I don't want to continue to pay the master fee when it it isn't needed. (if in fact what I am thinking on actually having a master version is correct). I want to take advantage of the currently discounted rate so the issue is time sensitive.

Thanks,

Bob

I was thinking of upgrading to a master licence but this situation of not being able to go back is putting me off doing it.

You can use an older single OS license to upgrade to a new single OS license.

Thanks, using an older one worked.

Thanks,
