Upgrade from MC 19 to MC21

I just bought a license for MC 22.
Then I downloaded MC 21 (successfully) and installed it.
But it (MC21) is asking me to purchase this again.
What am I doing wrong - Do I have to purchase MC 21 and MC22?

Did you download from jriver.com?  Here's how you can restore:
