Purchase problems

Hello,

yesterday i was trying to by an upgrade licence für MC22. Paying methode was paypal.
Dooing the payment, on the purchase site was shown an error with paypal. So i do an second try and it was the same, errormessage with paypal.
My paypalaccount also shows no payment für jriver.

The third try a payed with mastercard, so this was ok and i became an new licence.


Today a look into my bankingsoftware and i see two payment of each 18,33€ to jriver.inc.

How can i got back my money?

I have a phone with paypal the last minutes, they cant find the payment.
On my account on my bank they were shown yesterday.

I can tell you the end to end reference in a pm if you need it.

Our records show only one purchase of one MC22 Windows license on 6/14.  That purchase was not a PayPal purchase.  If your PayPal account is linked to you bank account, one of the PayPal attempts may have generated a second transaction.  You might contact the bank to see if one of the transactions is an "authorization" which would be  put back into your account after a couple days.  You can email me at deanna at jriver dot com for further help.

Hello,

I will send you tomorrow a copy of the two transactions shown on my bank account.

The purchase you see is my third attempt with my master Card. This purchase was OK and I became a new license from you.

The first two attempts with PayPal were stopping with an error message. So I was very surprised that the money was taken from my bank  account yesterday and nothing is shown about in my paypal account.
