optimal settings for MC21 and HRT music streamer III requested

I am using MC21 and the HRT music streamer III on a dell laptop together with a Yamaha receiver R-S700 and B&W 683 S2 loud speakers. Using the WASAPI-Output I have the impression that the bass level is really low and now I am looking for the optimal setting of MC21. Using youtube (I know about the quality) I have the impression that the sound is even better. What to do?

Additon: All my sound files are in flac 16-bit quality, so I would expect a good quality sound.

Maybe you're playing stereo files with 5.1 output.  Turn off any DSP in MC's DSP Studio.
