I could not find an email address to contact JRiver, I would have rather have discussed this via email. I purchased a master license for JRiver on Monday, August 1st and was charged 69.99. I just got an email stating that there is a special discount for an upgrade of 22.95 until August 9th. I have purchased both JRiver MC 19 and 20 over the past few years. Why was I charged full price? Shouldn't I have gotten the upgrade price? Thank you for your help.

To get an upgrade price, you need to enter your previous license.

I didn't see anywhere to enter my licence on the checkout page. The checkout page does not ask for a licence number:

Under purchase tab on the JRiver website it states:

"If you previously purchased MC for Mac or Windows, and it is installed and licensed, you will see a reduced price when you purchase a Master License."

I had MC 20 installed and licensed on my machine and was still charged $69 when I should have been charged the discounted price.

I have the 22 trial installed and have been trying to buy the upgrade from 21. When I enter my 21 licence, the system returns a message that I do not have any entitlement to an upgrade, which I definitely do. I have had 21, 20, and previous. I don't think I am doing anything wrong. Please help!

You have a Windows License and a Master License.

The Master License can only be used to upgrade to a Master License.

You can upgrade it to an MC22 Windows License, but not to a Mac License.

As soon as the MC 22 upgrade special pricing email went around (or was it a message on the app, I don't remember) I bought it on May 20, 2016 and paid $18.98.  PayPal Transaction ID [removed].  Since I had no key emailed to me, I tried, unsuccessfully, to use the key for MC 21.  That didn't work and I was forced to buy another license on on August 15 for $19.98.  Why did you guys presell MC22 without a way to utilize the upgrade via a new key or using the old key?  Please refund the August 15 purchase price since I already paid for it in May.  The transaction ID for the August purchase is [removed].  Thank you.
