[22.0.15] Detailed timestamps for video

Would it be possible to make it so that the timestamps displayed when seeking via the arrow keys are in the 00:00:00.000 format? Additionally, for the jump forward/backward settings in the options menu, might there be an option to make it jump forward and backward just one frame (00:00:00.001)?
