22 Stopped Launching After Lastest Leap 42.1 Update

Guess it wasn't the update, just a weird coincidence. Turns out the "UserSettings.ini" was corrupt. I deleted it and it created a new one upon the next launch. The library was hosed also so I cleared that and its re-importing everything now. Now I just need to figured out what B'jorked it so it doesn't become a common occurance.
