Starting a few days ago the program asks me to enter the registration code randomly when I start it. There does not seem to be a pattern, but I think it is more often than not when I re-start the computer.

I am concerned because from what I understand I only get a limited number of re-registrations a year, is this correct?

Is this problem a known problem and if so, is there a solution?

The only thing I can think of is that I still have not uninstall MC-21, although I have not run the program since I installed MC-22.

I will greatly appreciate your response.

I've had the same happen. I think it was after MC crashed in both instances.
Don't worry about the limited resets - if you are close to running out, you can post here and Jim usually resets your reset count.

Thanks it's good to know, I received the email letting me know I have 7 resets left. I guess I should uninstall MC-21 just in case this is creating conflicts.

I reset the restores on your MC22 Windows license.

MC21 shouldn't be causing a conflict, but if you're happy with MC22, there's not much reason to keep it around. I gt rid of mine very early on.

Matt, thank you very much for re-setting my license. It has not happened again, the program has not asked for a license again.

I removed MC-21, not sure if that had anything to do with it.
