Steps to reproduce

- install jriver, ensure whichever feature registers the ASIO device (asio line in?) is enabled
- repeat for n major versions
- open any app that lets you choose ASIO devices (REW, speclab, a.n.other DAW) and verify you can see all installed jriver instances in the device list
- uninstall all but 1 jriver version
- open any app that lets you choose ASIO devices (REW, speclab, a.n.other DAW) and verify you can *still* see all installed jriver instances in the device list

FWIW this is getting a bit crufty now as I have versions 19-22 listed everywhere but only 22 actually exists. Obviously this is harmless, it just looks a bit shoddy.

I'll take a look at it tomorrow.  I see that Media Center 20 is still on my home machine in the registry even though it was uninstalled long ago.
