Hi,

I've had a series 2 stick lying around a few years and thought I finally could give it a go. I'm having some trouble though. Engen starts but doesn't see the stick. Log file says:

'2016-09-03 18:15:15: main:The zdriver failed to initialize: 'No serial device found'.  Aborting...
2016-09-03 18:15:15: main:Leaving start_from_service'

I've attached a picture showing my device manager, seems the stick is properly installed? Any help is appreciated.

The device manager looks wrong. Mine just says "UZB (com5)"

Try downloading new drivers from Aeon:

Try: Uninstall your current driver, restart the computer, install the new driver, then restart again.

The other thing is to make sure the Z-Stick has a powered USB port. Mine had to be in a particular port or on a powered hub to work.
