getting rid of last.fm FOREVER

how do i get rid of/stop last.fm from popping up repeatedly when i start jriver mc for mac and when i click yes to the question jriver wants to access last.fm or visaversa a it says 'retry' and that the version of last.fm is a beta version and do i like it -hell no i hate it have no use for it and want it gone
