Just joined but are not able to start up JRiver

Hi,

I have just purchased JRiver version 22, got the key, and when restoring the license evrything seems to work fine, getting message that installation is complete. The problem is that JRiver doesnt start up, when I try I get always this request to restore license...I seem to be stuck in a loop. I have just tried four times when I realized that I have maximum 10 possibilities to use the code...

Do you have any feedback on this, or how can I contact an administrator for JRiver?

If you didn't already do this - try installing MC as an Administrator (right click on the MC22 icon and select "Run as Administrator).

I have tried to run as admin, but no success....

Is the correct version installed?

Antivirus is also a possible cause.

I had that once. Switching off my antivirus software (McAfee) temporarily while installing the programme and license, did the trick.

Thanks a lot, I switched off the firewall and antivirus, and now it works...installed and up and running!
