Cannot connect outside my home LNA
« on: August 29, 2016, 02:33:51 am »

it happens than since 2-3 days I cannot connect to my JRiver server (at <IP>:<PORT> whem I a m located outsiede home and IP<192.168.1.xx: <PORT> when I am at home)
I can connet from home intranet but not from office any longer
Can somebobody give me some hint for investigating why?
actually i did not try different off-home location, just one (I'll try a new one tonight) so i am not sure if (why?) i is an issue of the client network

thanks much

Have you tried using an access code and not the hardcoded IP address? If you have a dynamic IP, it may have changed, or you may need to update your firewall rules on your router or in the Windows firewall.

IMO ports are fickle, try an internet based port checker.  Mine recently had been closed for reasons I don't really understand
