DFX Plugin link messed up
« on: July 31, 2003, 10:09:19 am »

I tried to install the DFX plugin for MC 9.0 and get an error from JRReader saying
"Failed to connect to a server.

Reason: Unknown.
URL: http://www.musicex.com/mediacenter/mc_data/plugins/dsp_dfx.zip"

Any idea what could be causing this?

Hmm, i just cut and paste from your post and it worked
(after deleting " of course)
Maybe there was a connection prob when you tried the first time.
Did it again this minute and worked again

You are right - the link if tried directly does work.

However, if you go to http://www.musicex.com/cgi-bin/downloads/mcplugins.pl?type=5 and then click on the link - thats where it fails for me.
