JRiver and PMW (both) do not see external USB drives

I have been using PonoMusicWorld with external USB cards in a multicard drive in the past but the drive is no longer recognized by PMW. Same problem with JRiver 22. Neither sees the drive. Windows has no problem recognizing it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers to no avail. This seems to be a bug associated with the latest release which supposedly fixed an issue so that these would show as Generic USB drives but, clearly, that doesn't work.

There are no issues with my PonoPlayer internal or external memory. Only a card input into the separate drive slot.

Running Windows 7 Pro. Latest builds of both players.
