MediaCenter disappeared after install

Downloaded the trial, MediaCenter220021, opened it and imported etc. The next day I wanted to open the software again and it was nowhere to be found, in Windows 10. I had to install the download again and all my imported stuff showed up. But this can't be the way. What happens here?

UPDATE: Two Windows 10 sessions later it did appear.
