DSD upsampling for MKV files

I was wondering if the DSD upsampling via DoP works for audio files only, or also when playing back movie files in MKV format...

You could always try it and see.

Of course many video configurations of MC use HDMI for both video and audio.  In those cases, it's going to be strange because the vast majority of AVRs do NOT accept DoP audio via HDMI.

I wouldn't waste my time on an internet forum if I had a DSD/DoP capable DAC with USB input...
