Movie Trailer from Theater View?

I have the youtube URL for the movie trailer filled in the "Trailer" field.
When viewing the movies in Theater View, and drill down to where the movie synopsis and other fields are displayed, the Trailer URL is displayed.
Is there any way we can get this URL to be clickable so that clicking on it will load and play the trailer from youtube?
