Am having A problem With JR 22

I hear static thru the speakers

1. When I move the Songs or CDs pictures I hear The static with scroll bar

2 I Also have A problem with Youtube Loud Noise Video stops and goes

JRiver 21 worked fine

I think My windows OS is corput

Any Help

Depending on the flavour of your OS, check here for an option:

You could use DISM to do some diagnostics on the health of your OS. There are various utility front ends to drive DISM. Give the web a search to find out more.

I ran System File Checker (SFC) with windows 7 Did not fix it

From what I know, SFC and DISM are different beasts. Check the web.

I'd suggest that you consider the options out there. If things are as bad as you say, what's the downside from taking a punt? Although, the standard caveat around protecting your data and backing up will always apply.

If you're totally stuck, then it will be a system image restore if you've got a tight back up plan or a clean install if you haven't.
