JMC License Support Personnel:

A Temporary Install Key for JMC 22 was acquired for a Windows notebook computer that was corrupted. For whatever reason the first restore attempt (1140 AM, see attachment) froze. So a second restore attempt was executed (1158 AM) for the same system. This time the install was successful. Please reset my 'restores remaining' counter back to 9.

You don't need to get a NEW Restore Key on every attempt. The Install Key you get is good for 14 days on any computer.

Also, don't worry about running out of keys, odds are you'll never use all 10 within a year. Even if you do, JRiver is pretty cool with about it.
