When I set a customized view for the recently imported pane, the view goes away after close and resets to default. Is there anyway to set it so it doesn't return to default?

More importantly, the field list in the view (when active) doesn't match the tag dialog box until you temporarily move a field in the view. This is an old fix from many moons ago when this glitch first showed up.

Is there a better work around for either. Is it on the bucket list to address these?
