restore process

I am in the start up process.  I try o open te atteched file:  Media Center22 Windows-367187.mjr.  But it does not open.  Will you help me please?

Welcome to the forum.  The mjr file is the Install Key.  If Media Center is installed, clicking on it will cause Media Center to install the key.  Just install Media Center.
