Saving a WMV stream to disk

Hi guys,

Anybody know how to save a WMV stream to disk?  It is wrapped in an asx playlist.  I have extracted the URL to the actual stream but it plays automatically (which it should of course :))  Its the video of my bros graduation ceremony which my mum would would like a copy of but we weren't really prepared to pay the £35 they were asking for for it on VHS...

Any help appreciated...
