''Trial has expired'' error

My Id stopped working with “the trial has expired” message. I tried
repair option that re-installs the firmware, nothing.

I removed the MAC address from your last post to be safe.

Which model Id do you have, the 2820 or the NUC5CPYH?

If you have the NUC5CPYH, the latest repair image should have an option to re-renter the license (Option 5). The license should have been included with the Id.

I have the Intel NUC 5CPYHl.
Where can i find the latest repair image? There is any link?
