Hi,

I currently use Gizmo on my android phone to control JRiver.

I'm trying to find out if I can do a search to list items I've recently added to Media Centre - I can do this on the actual MC on my laptop but want to find out if I can do it on one of the android remotes (eos, gizmo, or JRemote).

I would find this really useful as I want to listen to the songs and albums I have recently imported into my library.

I cant work out if I can do it on Gizmo, I've looked at the free eos trial and cant work it out on there, and didn't want to spend £8 on the JRemote if I cant do it on that.

Any help would be much appreciated.

You set this up in MC...

Open MC's options, type gizmo into the search field at the bottom...

Click on the one result, "Customise views for JRemote, Gizmo & Webgizmo"

Once set, OK your way out, and restart everything. Now when you connect your device, you should see the new 'category' you created above on your device.
