Television not working since Windows 10.

Television only works with time shifting on.  Sound and picture are out of sync.  The driver I am using for TV, Audio, Crossbar, and video capture is CX23885/8 PCI-E.  The care is working fine with Chris TV light using setting reinitialize WDM driver and use alternate channel frequency setting.  Not sure what that means?  I did have to reinstall version 21 after Windows 10 install.  In a previous version you gave me a DLL fix for this same problem.  This is an old card.  I would really like to get back to watching and recording with JRiver.  Thanks!

I am currently running 22.0.32.  Problems began in 21.  Sorry, I just haven't had the time to deal with it.

I was on here looking for info on using me Vizio TV with SmartCast to connect to MC and see how to make it work and what issues I would have, but saw your question, and perhaps this will help:
Last night we had audio/video sync issues when casting from tablet and using optical out on my TV to my audio system.
I found a post saying to check my audio out settings and to change to Bitstreaming which I did and it solved the sync issues.

A user reports that the latest Win10 update seems to be related to a TV problem.  Rolling back Win10 fixed it.
