Error Message After Upgrade from 8.0 to 9.0
« on: January 29, 2003, 06:40:17 am »

I am currently getting the following error message after upgrading from 8.0 to 9.0.  I can no longer play any files at all.  Please HELP!

Warning:

Media Jukebox encountered errors while trying to play the last several files.

Please make sure that the path in the Media Jukebox Library points to the right location.

You probably need to delete your database (but of course...not the files) in v9, then re-import all your music files.

Reinstalled 8 and it fixed the problem. I will wait for the final release for 9.

i would have done the same thing (delete lib and re-import)

it seems something went wrong when you upgraded

I don't think you will be able to load MC9 later since it does not have a Free version after 30 days. and you already loaded it once.

I would retry an upgrade now and see if everything goes ok this time.
