internet radio
« on: January 09, 2017, 03:58:36 am »

Hi, what is with the current version of MC the most easy way to add "Internet Radio" capabilities ?

In the past i have added specific radio streams through File > Open URL but that required me to go find urls for each radio station that i wanted to include add these etc..

Looking at some media players that you can buy (like argon 1m , soundmaster etc) thay have internet radio included with loads of stations included .. there are also several web pages with loads of radio stations on them ...

So.. how can we get loads of radio stations (like you have when you but one of these mediaplayers)  in an easy way into MC22 ?

thanks Koen

one previous thread on this subject -> https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=99419.0

I didn't find an easy way to do it, just had to manually create a radio view (in both remote and the main client) and then add library entries for each station

yeah that would be handy, I attempted to parse the output tunein but it's a bit of a jumble of info & I think it was erroring out for Matt when he tried it.
