Hi
Apologies first, don't use Windows. Loading a friend's MC22 onto his Windows 10 Notebook.
Install MC22 software all OK. Can open but when I try to select the Sound Device (Chord Hugo DAC), it is NOT listed. The Dac is connected to the notebook and turned on.

In my own system running Mac, whenever I plug in a soud device, it is listed to be selected as music playback device.

Do I have to install a windows 10 driver for MC22, but cannot find anywhere.

are you looking for the dac in windows or in MC. You should be looking for it inside of MC tools>options

How is the device connected?

Does it show up in Windows > Control Panel > Sounds?

The manufacturer's web site should give you instructions for Win10.

Try powering everything down and back up.
