Hello Administrators and Users,
Installed latest version of MC22 for Mac. I have all of my CDs on an external hard drive. I can import all of the CDs but the first song is missing on every CD. I cleared the library and imported a second time with the same result.
MODIFICATION- After doing more searching of problem I found the following. When I look at the "Files" pull down within MC 22 to "Volumns" to "HD" I see the song listed at end of songs as Track 1, unknown artist, unknown album, unknown genre. If I look on the external HD from "Finder" all the information is there in order for all tracks/songs. Something not working properly on import to identify the first track on each album/CD. Any ideas so I do not have to manually correct the information for first song on every CD?
Secondarily, I have music on a second HD and if I import from it I will have two copies of songs if the same CD exist on both HDs. Is there a way to automatically exclude music if already in the library when importing from second HD.
The first problem is by far the bigger problem.
