What changed in update 65?

My Flac files sound a lot worse. It does not matter what memory option (encoded, not encoded, harddrive) that I use, the sound quality is not near as good as it was in version 55. Voices sound like they are clipping, and the high frequencies have a hard digital sound. I have tried both Wasapi and ASIO with the same results.

All FLAC files sound exactly the same here, and I don't believe anything has changed.

I have the same feeling - something has changed. The sound is different from the previous Rel. NAS->MC->Devialet AIR through Eth->D220 Pro.

Manfred,
Check and see if version 65 changed your driver to direct sound. It did it to me on both computers running JRiver.

Yesterday - Sound Quality was back nothing changed and also the progress bar on JRemote was working again. Strange!
