How to extract DTS 96/24 from a DVD Audio?

I was able to get a disc image of the DVD Audio. I tried DVD Audio extractor in order to create FLAC files that I can import to MC but it can not deliver 96/24 even when the original source is DTS 96/24. I have read that ArcSoft DTS decoder can do it but it does not exist for Mac, Any ideas?
