Imported Playlists not listed under Playlists

When exporting a normal (non-smart) playlist from JRiver (mpl, m3u, m3u8 etc..) and re-importing it on another PC (using File->Import Playlist) it will import files but will not add the playlist in the playlist view.

The only way I could make this work is to drag it in the playlist view and then rename the "new" playlist.

Something I'm missing?
