Upgrade price with master licence

I could not find any info about an upgrade price if you already have a master licence for MC21. If this is the same as for those who only hold a licence for a single version isn't this a little unfair?

The upgrade to a Master License is the same price whether you're starting from a Master License or a license for a single OS.
