JRiver crashes when syncing library.

When I attempt to sync my laptop #2 library  to my Laptop #1 library; JRiver crashes on the receiving laptop about 80% of the time. Sometimes I lose my whole library, and have to reload it. Other than that; I love the program. Thanks
P.S. I use the following method to sync,

Library
Sync.
