Get Movie & TV Info Not Working

The "Get Movie & TV Info" is not working.  The program enters the search mode and never completes.  This renders the program unresponsive to any additional activity.  The only solution is to close the JRiver program completely.

It's working fine here. Ad blockers could cause this. Clear your cache.
