I'm having trouble purchasing a license for the JRiver software. 

The webpage that processes credit card payment doesn't seem to be working.  Each time I submit my CC info for processing I get dumped back to the insert payment info screen with a generic message about there being a problem with my credit card info.  I've tried both master and visa card but they do not work.

Not sure where to turn as there is no technical support contact info listed on the JRiver website.  Anyone had this issue and figured a workaround?
