It is possible to have different resampling and bitdepth for different zones?

I have an MC22 as master in my Linux server.

I have clients connecting to the master library from home and from outside my home.

Can I configure different zones so from the local network the original files are played and when I play from outside FLAC files are resampled to 44.1/48 16bit?

Is the resampling done in the server or in the client?
