22.0.77 Windows 10 ASIO - Need to disable/re-enable output after closing JRiver

I'm using ASIO output in JRiver - which works fine for playback.

When I close JRiver, I need to disable/re-enable my standard "Speaker" output via Windows Volume Mixer....otherwise I get no audio.

Is there any solution to this?
