Care to elaborate, or do you just want to keep us guessing?

For what it's worth, they are friendly to one another on my machine.

Ever since I installed Media Center I have not been able to record CD's with Roxio correctly.  At first (after the media center install) Roxio couldn't even find my burner.  After uninstalling both and reinstalling both Roxio will burn a CD but there is no sound coming from the CD.  It's weird, Media Center will even act as if it was a regular CD and play it, but no sound will come out of the speakers.

I have Roxio on my machine too. I've only ever burned 1 CD with MC, but didn't have any problems.

I had Roxio number ? Platinium for a long time.
I never had any kind of problem with MJ 7 ,MJ8 and MC9 and Roxio.
I now use Nero.
Because Roxio is a 'mister average' software who does not see more than 4 drives.

I'am not a powerfull user ,but ,so far i would say that Nero looks like a much better program than  Roxio.
If for not other raisons for all the tools it has.
Drive speed ,diagnotic ect ect

I just stick with nero because I've never heard of compatibility problems with it and other software where as for EZCD I always hear tons constantly.
